Good afternoon All,
Just a quick blog to advise you that we will be holding AGM at Club night next Wednesday the 23rd Sept.
Club night will start at the normal time 20.00 hrs with the AGM scheduled for 21.15hrs>.
I have attached the agenda, please note: It’s important that everyone tries to attend as members will be asked to vote on the committee’s proposals for Team Selection / Team Entries. Details to be provided on the night.

Hope you all have had a good summer break, for those of you who continued to play throughout the summer, thank you VERY MUCH for your support.
Just a very quick email to let you know that CGBC 2014/15 season officially commences on Wednesday the 3rd of Sept, at the normal start time of 20.00 hrs. Hope you can make it.
We have entered the normal Leeds Mixed and Men’s teams & the Castleford Mixed team into the respective leagues for the 2014/15 seasons (with the first matches starting late September).
So any Budding Captains will again have the opportunity. There will be a list being circulated at club night for you to express your team / league preferences e.g. Leeds Mixed, Cas Mixed, Men’s etc.
Jon W has kindly revamped the website and moved it onto the Word press platform still under the WWW.CGBADMINTON.NET , Zee has been ensuring our Facebook site has plenty of activity.
Linda F & Tom F kindly organised an in-house competition, the finals are to be held Wednesday the 3rd.
So dust off your racquets, kick the mud off your trainers and we’ll see you there at club night, soon!
