Device Download

To add the Calendar to your tablet or phone and receive automatic updates choose one of the following formats:

Apple iPhone & iPad

Click the ical icon and your device should ask you if you want to add the calendar to your phones calendar. It will then be available as a separate calendar in your phones calendar App.

GMail (Android)

Use the following instructions:

• Right click (or press and hold if using a touch device) the ical icon and select “Copy link address”
• Using a Web Browser sign into your GMail account and select the Calendar App (If using a mobile device make sure to use the desktop version of the google site)
• On the left hand side of the page is the list of your current calendars. Click the down arrow next to “Other Calendars” and select “Add by URL”
• Paste the link into the box and click “Add Calendar” This will create a new calendar separate to you default calendar. If you have an Android device the calendar will sync.
